• No Hidden Fees: The price you see includes all fees—transparency is our priority.
• Primary Renter Age: Must be 25 or older (No exceptions).
• Smoke-Free & Pet-Free: To maintain our "like-new" condition, smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly prohibited.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Fifty percent (50%) of the total payment is due at the time of booking and the remaining fifty percent (50%) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• A full (100%) refund is issued for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival.
• A 50% refund is issued for cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival.
• No refund is issued for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
• A 24‑hour grace period with free cancellation applies if arrival is at least 7 days away at the time of booking.
